What can I say about Alex and this business? Awesome and professional service. Garage door spring broke late last night and after some degree of googling found Reliable Garage Door with good reviews. Called Alex, and he said he would be out at 9AM the next day. He arrived on time, inspected the door and confirmed the spring was bust. Quoted me a reasonable price and got the job done within the hour. He made sure the door was balanced, lubricated and perfect working order before he left. I wish more business were like Reliable Garage Door. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have Garage Door work done.

I called up Reliable GDR after noticing one of pull wires rusted through and the door was busted. They came out within the hour. The service was quick (replace roller and wires, re hang and balance door) and cost a reasonable $250. This was very reasonable and below other companies call back fees (excluding repair).
Overall good service, quick response, quick work -30min in and out.

My garage door broke this evening and I was unable to close it I was obviously worried about the door staying open all night long. I called Reliable Garage Door and they were able to come out and had the door fixed in less than an hour. I’m so grateful they were able to come out this evening and fix the door. Great service!
