(April 2, 2022, 1:56 am)Hose the bus driver was very professional in how he handled a situation involving an intoxicated lady in the bus. She was screaming at the gentleman that they were not cleaning the washroom after use and was using inappropriate language. He was very patient, and was closely
monitoring her behavior and was able to get her to remain silent until she reached her destination. I am very impressed by his professionalism in
handling this situation and having respect for all
the passengers and calming her down and she was quiet!!!!! He had to inform her there will be
consequences to pay and she has a last chance to remain quiet for the rest of her trip as there is no tolerance for abusive language. There were no more issues on the bus and seemed like a happy journey for all the passengers!!!!!! Thanks Hose for your courage and compassion for your passengers!!!👌👌👌👌
