I wrote to Rob at Rocky Mountain dog and within a week they shipped me a new one no questions asked and no charge.
Great service is hard to find and they certainly have great service.
I would definitely recommend buying dog products from this company. -

Rex Specs in xlarge and large for both my dogs. And a canmore leash which withstands my young 50 pound huskies crazy pulling. Everyone is very friendly and honestly I just love them and their products.
