My daughter & I were shopping for a mattress for her dad, who has a bad back, hip & knee issues & we were on a budget. I felt very welcomed and helped as he called around to find us the best price, no pressure sales. We purchased a very reasonable mattress terrific quality, after spending 45 minutes or so there. The staff member helping us was working alone, although he was busy, he was quick to respond & answer any & all questions we had & I was super impressed with his multitasking! Plus I love their 100 day sleep warrantee.
If you have pain when you wake up in the morning, it’s probably your mattress, I found the investment in the 3 mattress I’ve bought now from sleep country to be worthwhile, not waking up in pain & grouchy!

Purchased two sets of sheets for a twin XL. Sleep country is one of the only stores with sheets for that size bed. Very knowledgeable staff and had sheets available in four different price categories and several colour choices in each. They specialize in beds and bedding and staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I purchased a mattress from this location and delivery was so quick and professional. As we already own 3 of the same mattress we knew there was an issue with our new mattress. We spoke to Vince at the store and he suggested contacting the service department and inheriting about warranty. We tried that and they denied the warranty claim. We went back to the store and spoke with Vince again. He said it sounded like we got a lemon. Within minutes he had ordered us a new bed and we had a new delivery date scheduled. Bee just arrived and it is significantly different from the previous one and will be amassing. No issues with exchange of mattress. Thank you so much Vince!
