We have been working with The Legacy Group of Companies for several years now and will continue to do so. They are a very well organized company who are great at communication and setting out clear expectations. Collaborating with with Sandy Hum has been a fantastic experience overall! Recently had water damage and did not know the proper steps to take for remediation. Steve, the owner, happened to be answering emergency calls and provided assistance regarding the clean up process.

Although I had not hired MDR, Steve still took the time to explain the process and answer questions. (Reason I had not hired them was because they were not part of my insurance company’s list of vendors.) He was very helpful, patient, caring and provided expertise, which I greatly appreciated. After my conversations with Steve and the customer service provided, I wanted to share my experience to let others know how wonderful and caring this company is.
