The team at Virtuo made moving stress-free and easy -- which is something I've never said about moving before, and I've done it several times! My concierge was responsive and supportive, answering all my questions and providing me with the info I needed, when I needed it. They found me amazing movers who took great care of my stuff, and they also provided moving estimates so I could budget in advance. The app was easy to use, and kept me up-to-date in terms of my checklist of items to complete before moving. Even better - I got a bunch of exclusive discounts to local retailers, which is such a nice bonus. Huge thanks to the Virtuo team.

Professionally – I am the Director of Marketing and Sales for StreetSide Developments, a Qualico Company and award winning multi-family developer in Calgary. When I first came across Virtuo and their service offering I knew instantly that this was the answer to a challenge we constantly face in our industry, how do we make the home buying experience better for the customer? Arguably, moving is the worst. Nobody likes to move. Moving can also be a main factor in not purchasing a new home. The feedback from our homebuyers is nothing but fantastic, making the moving experience so much easier and less stressful. This has ultimately resulted in improved customer reviews for our business and you cannot attach a price to the satisfaction of a customer. Casey, Nate and Robin are very professional and a pleasure to work with. Virtuo will be the standard and expectation for all homebuyers in the future and we are proud to be offering their services to our happy homeowners.
Personally – I moved recently and because I had a great experience with my previous moving company (who I found based on reviews online) I decided to use them again. I even gave them a 5 star review on Google. We were scheduled to move Friday afternoon and despite this time being an inconvenience I took the afternoon off at work to accommodate their busy schedule. Problem was, they never showed up. I called the Team at Virtuo, and after a good laugh over “Why didn’t I call Virtuo in the first place?” Nate told me, hold tight and I will call you back in 5 minutes. 5 Minutes later they had new movers lined up first thing the next morning, elevator rebooked and my mind was at ease. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Virtuo and Mountain Movers who helped me out last minute. Going forward I am not going to rely on online reviews of moving companies but instead look to the experts at Virtuo who vet and ensure the best quality and level of service is always delivered.
Our experience with Virtuo's service was exceptional! Robin made it possible for our move to be smooth and less stressful! As first time home owners, my partner and I are grateful for the services-- From helping us set-up our utilities & media, mailbox keys, providing us with packing supplies including reusable moving bins, arranging for the awesome movers, and sending us useful information like changing address, etc., and of course the follow-up from Robin and Rocky during our move day!!
Not a fan of moving but who is? Robin and the Virtuo team made transitioning to a new house a breeze. The constant communication and updates from the mobile app took so much stress out of the entire process. The moving bins that were provided were top notch and of great quality! Definitely made it easy for the movers with loading the truck. Speaking about the movers, Virtuo aligned themselves with high quality help as they were very efficient on move day and also very professional. Robin also personally checked in with us on move day to drop off a welcome basket and ensured everything was going well. Cannot speak highly enough us the service he provided!
