Awesome customer service. (Give Taylor a raise).
This was in February of 2017.
I was enrolled in group skiing lessons. I felt like it was going a tad too fast and started to have a panic attack when we were about to go to Black Diamond.

A lovely man named Taylor came up to me and calmed me down and gave me one on one skiing lessons ON HIS BREAK.

They have great customer service. Location is very convenient too.
Generally this place is better for kids than adults, or at best you can use it for ski lessons so that you don't have to drive 120km+

Whole Family's fun package!! Very nice staff and volunteers. The food is good. Prices are reasonable. It is good for family outings or hanging with friends for a variety of winter sports.

We booked tubing online for the Friday night. Staff were super friendly and great with adults and children. 2 hrs was a perfect amount of time. Free hot chocolate on exit was a nice treat. Dinner at the lounge, 88, was delicious. Highly recommend both tubing and lounge.

We went to the "Pumpkins after dark" show. Excellent! Very well done. Highly recommend. Images made from using multiple Pumpkins. Created by local artists. 6000 Pumpkins used to create the show. We had a wonderful time.
