We were really impressed with Warren and Kayla - Warren gave us honest, informed advice [what's needed, what's not, and how we can manage our trees in the future], and his work was fast, clean, and thorough. On the admin side, Kayla's been super helpful and very responsive. They're obviously passionate about what they do, and even upcycle the cut logs into neat products. We'll 100% use their services again, and recommend them highly.

Triage were excellent to deal with... an initial prompt response to my inquiry and very helpful discussion with Warren when he came on site to look at the trees that needed work. He gave suggestions on what to do, and not to do, with the trees in my yard. The place was left very tidy despite all the cutting, I had no clean up of sawdust or wood chips to do after they were done.

Warren was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job. His work was very professional and priced reasonable.

Really happy with the customer service and work done. Admin was responsive and friendly. Arborists were knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Price is reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Busy with work, I emailed to inquire about pricing. Kayla replied almost immediately, Craig was there the next day. My stump was removed quickly and the invoice was emailed the following day.
