Back In Time Flooring

Back In Time just delivered some refinished kitchen cabinet doors--and they are beautiful. The job was complicated as only some doors needed repair. The originals were lacquered (poorly, in my opinion), which complicated the task. BiT had the doors sanded down, then did the arduous work of colour matching. The doors look great. and they match their neighbours beautifully.

Chris was extremely helpful in terms of considering aesthetics/design and type of flooring that suited our new home and our lifestyle. There was never a sense of pressure as we sorted out our flooring questions, and even when our time line changed, Chris made it happen. I was giving up on finding someone to repair some water damage in my kitchen when I met Chris who was delivering to a house in our neighborhood. After a short conversation, he gave me his card and within a week, the damage was repaired perfectly by (obviously) well trained, efficient and friendly staff. I’m definitely keeping His card. Back in Time just refinished our recycled fir floors. They were installed by Back in Time in 2006 and looked good, but needed some love. Seven days later, the main floor was finished and the look is stunning. Darn pandemic means we can't have a party and show them off! We also appreciated the movers BiT hired to help us out. This was a quality job from start to finish!

Chris and Les were so helpful and fantastic to deal with. We had our hardwood floors done as well as some other projects throughout the house and couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Back In Time Flooring to everyone.
