We have used his services twice and every time he goes above and beyond, he provided us with a very detailed report including aereal pictures of the roof of the house, pictures of appliances, pipes, electrical panels, etc, along with recommendations on when to make changes or fix issues on the house if needed. We totally recommend him and will definitively use their services in the future!
