Cliff is amazing! We have used his services twice and every time he goes above and beyond, he provided us with a very detailed report including aereal pictures of the roof of the house, pictures of appliances, pipes, electrical panels, etc, along with recommendations on when to make changes or fix issues on the house if needed. We totally recommend him and will definitively use their services in the future!

Cliff at CHI did a home inspection on a new build buy January 25, 2023 for us. It was a very positive and professional inspection. Cliff was early for the appointment and took time to explain the different issues and operation of some appliances.
