I met Holly for the first time when she gave us a consultation regarding the listing of my Mom’s property. From our first meeting to the sale and final closure of Mom’s estate I was extremely impressed with Holly’s honesty and organizational skills. My experience working with Holly started in June 2021. I was throwing the idea around moving back to Alberta from British Columbia where I owned a property. I was looking at a condo that Holly was the agent for. The property was very unique. It was also a wheelchair accessible. Which was what I was looking for. The property turned out not a great fit for me. Holly then offered to help find the right property for me and my family in Calgary if I decided to sell. I decided to sell. She then was able to recommend a couple of real estate agents in the town I lived in. So I put my house up for sale and I moved into an apartment in Calgary. Where I planned to stay for one year and then maybe purchase a house. Due to a family emergency. I needed to have a house bigger than my apartment. I also needed it quite quickly. Because I'm in a chair I had to involve an occupational therapist and a architect, because I needed a specific layout for the house to work for me. Holly, eager to learn more about accessibility issues. Worked side-by-side with everybody trying to find the perfect fit for me and my family. Once the property was found an offer was put in that day as there was other people putting in offers. We signed the deal with a quick possession date and a fair price. Holly was there for me every step of the way. She let in the inspector and contractor when needed. She even cut me a handful of keys as the previous owner only had one. She then hand-delivered them to my house where I had been on bed rest and unable to leave the house the whole time. Now in just a few days we move in where the whole family can be back together again including my dogs. This all took place in just under five months! I could not have done it without you Holly!!
