This is the absolute best Service Canada location I have ever been at. The whole experience was amazing from the moment I walked through the door. The location is bright and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. One security guard was joking with everyone. The online wait time said 4 hours but I was in and out within 2 hours. The lady who helped me in office 13 was very kind and caring. Keep up the good work.
Went today and we were in and out in 35 minutes. We had the most pleasant experience thanks to the security (John) and to our agent Jennifer, who handled us with stories and laughs. She was such a wonderful personality and put my Mom (91 yrs young) at ease through the process of passport renewal. They are moving tons of people everyday and have it very well organized. And surprisingly we will have a passport mailed out by the 29th. Thank you to the amazing staff at the Sunpark passport office.

Arrived at 7:40am and was done by 9am (they open at 8:30am) They said passport will arrive in 3 weeks. The waiting areas are fine and they have water available and clean washrooms. If you have all your supporting documents and the forms filled out, it's an easy process. They seem to be managing the backlog well. Security was great at keeping people flowing through. I will update my review if I haven't received my passport by September.
Edit: got my passport! It actually arrived Aug 16 (earlier than I was promised), I just didn't check my mailbox until today.
Staff were super helpful and kind. The best time to go would be in the afternoon Tuesday-Thursday, we waited about a half hour. Wheelchair accessible, and the staff held all the doors open for me and made sure I had a clear path, which was extremely helpful. It can be daunting to go to a government building but this was my best experience yet! The waiting system is very helpful and you just watch a screen for your number.
