I compared other Starbucks stores. This location is the best in south Calgary. They make your coffee properly.

So awesome! Our drinks came out perfect and so awesome. Kim was serving us and she was joking with my mom while waiting for the over and it was overall a lovely experience! Definitely recommend going to this starbucks

We had a little problem with the location near us over a starbucks cup we earned with points. The location near us made it so difficult to simply exchange it as they had given us a broken cup. Upon contacting the Sundance location, we met Cameron. An angel who went totally out of her way to understand our issue and fixed it by going over and above what she had to do including giving us a free gift card for our troubles . This location, to us, always gets our drinks perfect and customer service is way beyond excellent here. Thank you so much for all you did! Totally appreciated. Starbucks definitely has a great employee and you should be commended for all your efforts in customer service! It was not expected at all! Thank you Cameron!
