I used this company to clean my two bedroom carpets before I moved out of my apartment. They were cheaper than other companies but did a great job. Tech was on time and called me the day before to confirm. Recommend!

Oscar and his wife were very professional and on time. Oscar assessed my house before starting the work and made sure he knew what my wants were before beginning the job. He gave advice on extra products that would be beneficial to us as we have a couple of kitties that tend to scratch the carpet from time to time . He went above and beyond to let us know how we could get and apply the product ourselves if we decided not to have it done by him to help save us some money. They were very caring , attentive to detail and gave extremely good customer service. I highly recommend Urban West Carpet Cleaning and will be sure to recommend to family and friends. Price was very reasonable for the job and my carpet looks brand new and even left a nice, fresh smell once done. I couldn't be more happy with this service!
