Rob arrived within 15 minutes of calling, and got me back into my apartment within 5 minutes. Good communication and painless transaction. Price was as promised, no hidden fees like some other locksmith services in the city. Will be using then again if the need arises.

Fast service and fair pricing. I was locked out and have an unusual door situation (previous owner installed lock upside down, and it's a little tight) so it was a bit of a challenge. I was impressed with the perseverance and skill of the locksmith, and had a great conversation with him in the meantime.
If you are reading these reviews to figure out if this is one of those fly by night companies, rest assured, this guy was the real deal. Hopefully I won't need him anytime soon, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
