Working with this program is like going for a walk with friends, like going on a traveling adventure seeing all of the other entries, like discovering miracles just outside my own back door. I have now done three of these one-month Nature Challenges and I both feel better and more connected as a result. While the practice itself is simple, there's something magic about the accountability of showing up to it every day and sharing it in a safe place. Susanne, the facilitator of the program, bring incredible knowledge, enthusiasm and leadership. I highly recommend this course for anyone who is ready to connect to nature as a doorway to connecting more deeply with your own loving, (and less stressed) self.
These challenges are a real fun way to get outdoors and really look at your surroundings to find different shapes. It helps create a completely new and different mind state!
Such a wonderful motivator and elixir for the January blues! I'm in nature often but this challenge reminded me to be PRESENT in nature and to enjoy the intricate details of our world!
I participated in the Fall Wild About Nature Challenge (November 2021) from Susanne and this really helped me keep going outside.
It was challenging for me due to my circumstances. We just moved to a forest and one of the things is that it's not safe to walk around alone due to the wildlife (bears at the beginning of November, coyotes in packs and mountain lions roam around here). I did manage, thanks to this Challenge to go out way more often than without this Challenge.
Science has proven that it's super beneficial to humans to be in nature, or surround themselves with trees and greens in parks. A daily walk is also proven to be a good remedy against feeling depressed, stresses and other negative feelings.
Participating in the Fall Wild About Nature Challenge really made a huge positive impact on my life and I would highly recommend trying it out for yourself!
The setup is super enticing: you gain points and that helps you stay motivated and do your daily Challenge.
Doing the daily Challenge helped my look at a different angle to my surroundings and rediscover natures beauty.
Thank you Susanne for help me explore my new environment!

I just completed a Wild About Nature Challenge and got much more than I expected. In addition to lower stress and an overall increased sense of well-being, I was surprised to find greater creativity and playfulness emerge during the process. I didn't realize how much I needed this! I also appreciated the all the interaction between participants. It was so fun to share pictures and stories with people across the globe. Part of this is due to the welcoming environment Susanne Heaton creates. She is a steadfast guide and inspirational leader. The process is simple, but I found the results significant.
