I'm a Coleman dealer so the experience is always good at Cross country!

Purchased 2 air mattresses for my 12 and 9 year old kids. One would not hold air so I started a warranty claim. A little bit of confusion with email correspondence but once we connected the staff was very helpful. They sent me an upgraded replacement at no cost to me. Will certainly feel comfortable buying Coleman products again.
