Elevated HR Solutions

Our company has worked with Elevated HR for quite a few years now. The amount of growth and guidance they have provided our team will be paying a-lot of dividends in the years to come. Personally I loved being able to work with Michelle and her team to grow my skills personally and professionally. Thank you for everything you guy do :)

I've gotten the pleasure of working with Elevated HR on a few occasions now. The best part of the training that I've received is getting concrete feedback and ways of improving. I specifically recommend the DISC training and the leadership training. These skills I will carry with me not just in my job but throughout my entire life.

I've worked with ElevatedHR in 4 different companies, each at a different stages of the growth cycle. From startup to scale-up Elevated's expertise were there to guide us through the good and difficult times. Leadership Essentials helped our young team grow and take on more senior roles, their culture, compensation, hiring and onboarding methodologies made sure we were competitive and hiring the right people, and when a challenge come up, Elevated was there to help up navigate the difficult situation.

I had the luck and pleasure of working with Michelle Berg for 5 months in two situations:
- Executive leadership development
- Career transition/change.
Although my journey is not over, this is a good moment to "make a stop along the way" to recognise the successes in Michelle's approach:
* Michelle devoted time and energy to getting to know me, as any coach would do (in sports) she not only focused on my challenges but also on the things that I am great at, helping me use those strengths to sharpen my leadership skills, while looking after my more challenging areas.
* Her direct approach (which is the only one that would work with me) allowed me to focus on REAL stuff and not the "fluffy" HR stuff that has been written to exhaustion. With Michelle we deal with real problems, real reactions, real RESULTS.
* Michelle has been ALL IN with me, through my frustrations, my very happy successes, my uncertainties.... she has been a guide when things get overwhelming.
* She focuses on the entire individual: do not get me wrong, we talk about professional issues, but she takes the time to understand the full person and our contexts.
* She clearly understands HR in all aspects from legal to work market, to recruitment, and all the nuances that not all of us understand.

My experience with Michelle has not only been outstanding, it has been NECESSARY for me to find my way through these changing times. I would recommend "Elevated HR Solutions" to both individuals that are trying to navigate their careers, and companies that are looking to shift culture into something amazing where "work does not suck".... on the contrary: edifies, lifts, and is a lot of fun.

Completed the Leading From the Middle leadership course with two of my colleagues, led by Carrie Beckett. Found it extremely valuable and Carrie did a fantastic job as a mentor, coach, and facilitator.

Carrie created an environment that made us feel safe to share openly our success and failure stories, and learn from each other. She managed to strike a balance of leading sessions that were friendly and casual, but productive and engaging. She shared with us the right volume of theories, tactics, techniques, and tips that are useful without feeling overwhelmed with too much information.

Overall it was highly valuable and I am excited to apply what I’ve learned in my everyday work (and personal) life.
