The lady at the customer service desk needs some training on how to deal with coloured people and be a bit sensitive while dealing with them. She seemed rude and I almost left the place because of it. She is a big turn off.

The technicians are great, they are always amazing and know what they are doing. Totally dedicated to their clients and this is the second time I felt it that way. I was about to go and this tech who was looking at my car stopped me saying , I will fix it within 20 mins.

Hope the management provides the lady some training and make her learn racial profiling is illegal in Canada.

I brought my van to Odyssey Auto Repair & Tire at 1725 32 Ave NE #125, Calgary, AB T2E 7C8 today to do alignment, replace the beam bushing. replace the spark plugs, transmission fluid change. Everyone is so nice, honest, friendly, and professional ... Hung and Tan answered all my questions about my van such as what we should do or replace for the van. they explained very detail . The price is very reasonable . HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO COME HERE. you will never regret it (*-^)

I have been coming to Odyssey Auto since they opened their doors. They are reliable and honest. The repairs done to my truck and my wife's Honda Pilot have always been reasonably priced. Work is done on time and when they fix something we've never had any problems. Definitely a breath of fresh air. Thank you guys you definitely earned my business 👍

These are honestly some of the greatest people you'll meet, they are great at working . Clean . Respectful . And a great time to talk too, will answer any questions you have.
