Truman - West District Presentation Centre

My experience with Barry Byman at West District in unforgettable. From the moment my family walkewe were addressed with Hello. Barry ithe gentleman we were dealing with. He listened to what our wants and needs were. He provided all the details that Truman had to offer and showed us everything that was available. Barry is knowledgeable, easy to interact and communicate with, he showed such professionalism with a bit of spunk. I highly recommend Barry Byman. He walked with us from the 1st step to out last and I could not be more appreciative. Thank you Barry for making our experience stress-free.

West District is a is in a great location of town located around every thing you could need for your day to day from Grocery stores, Pizza places, barbershops and more.

The West District/Wilshire team is awesome! Everyone is so friendly there. Dilesh is so knowledgeable and gave us a lot of really great suggestions! He worked so hard (and late) to make sure we met the deadline to make the structural changes we wanted. Claudia was very detailed and patient in explaining the project and features to us. They truly tried their best to make sure we got what we wanted and that our needs were satisfied! The team's after sales service is excellent too. Even after we signed the deal, they're still willing to spend time with us to show my family the showhome. Really appreciate their time and patience with us!
Also love how much customization and modification Truman was able to do for our unit at Wilshire! They are so much more flexible compared to other townhouse projects that we inquired within the area.

Edit on Feb 22, 2021: After moving in for 10 months now, I can say Truman disappointed us on the choice of Condo management company, as well as setting a unrealistic budget for condo fee to attract buyers to believe in the low monthly condo fee. Probably won't buy another Truman multi-unit projects in the future.

A truly stunning project with all the bells and whistles for amazing prices. As a real estate professional, I am very impressed with what you get for the prices which are outstanding for the first time buyer or empty nester. The representative, Dilesh Sidhpura, was extremely professional and very informative in providing all details that a prospective buyer would expect to know to understand that this is a first class builder with outstanding attention to all details. WELL DONE TRUMAN HOMES!!
