When you work with Cindy, It's more than just having a massage. She takes the time to ask about lifestyle, water intake, posture and ache's and pains. Not only does she work to relieve current stresses/muscle soreness but she offers insights and advise on how to adjust daily postures, what stretches and light exercises/movements will help alleviate any tensions before they happen.
