Windsor Place - Hazelview Properties

This was my first apartment living experience and honestly it couldn’t have been any better. I was sad to leave but I will cherish the memories I’ve made there. Malcolm was an amazing property manager, he fixed any problems right away and was always super friendly. The location was perfect for what we needed at the time, super central but still quiet. The appliances are updated and work very well. I definitely recommend this building if you’re looking for affordable and trendy apartments!!

Hello, we recently signed our lease renewal agreement; going onto our 3rd yr living in this apartment building. The new building manager, Malcolm, is a very hands on and professional person. There were some issues that were resolved/fixed right away in regards to our apartment unit and for that we're very grateful. The maintenance guy is super nice as well and very knowledgeable about his job. Even though the building itself is old, it's a nice location where everything you need is within proximity. Neighbours are nice too. Rent price is very fair that it is hard to leave this place. Would recommend to anyone that recently moved to Calgary and trying to start somewhere. :) I hope the company will do more upgrades in the building in the future.

Allwyn Menezes is a great Building Manager, he is really helpful all the time when needed anytime.
He is very helpful, cooperative , respectful and mostly great person in professionalism.
I would definitely recommend everyone this apartment for rental😇
I will miss this place a lot, its just we got our new house so have to move out unfortunately but happy to move in our new house.
