I found the serviceman to fit the exact description on the card they gave me: fast, professional and reliable services. Fixed our washer in forty-five minutes. Competent, had all the tools and knew exactly what to do. Great service.

Though we had to wait a few days for an appointment it was well worth it. He came on time, waited patiently for the leak to show itself as we had turned the water off whilst waiting for him to come.
Unfortunately he never had the part but he advised us we could use the dishwasher but turn the water off after using it.
Charged the $49 for the visit and diagnosis and told us he would order the part and come out and replace it as soon as he had it. He came on the Wed for the diagnosis and then phoned this morning (Fri) to say he had the part and would be here in 15 minutes.
He came and replaced the part, without any issue, and we paid for the part and labor.
He is very knowledgeable, was pleasant and came when he said he would.
Definitely using his service for any of our future appliance repairs.

Excellent repair service at a great price. very reasonable diagnostic charge, too. Ilya showed up on time and did a thorough investigation into the dishwasher problem and fixed it. No playing parts "whack-a-mole" by putting in parts that were not needed. Cleaned up after his work was done as well. Highly recommended.
