The guys who came were on time and were very professional and friendly. They were even friendly to my dog, who was going a little nuts, and made extra sure that the gates were locked when they left so he wouldn’t get out. The service was quick and they found stuff that had been missed in the last cleaning, so I know they were very thorough. I feel really confident going into this winter knowing my vents and furnace are clean and ready to go. I would definitely hire them again.

Youri & his helper were early, which was perfectly fine with is. They were thorough & professional. Excellent! Phil, who took our booking , was also terrific when I called him a few hours later when we couldn't find one of our cats. Youri called me back & told me where, in the house, he'd last seen the cat and we did locate the cat where he had indicated. He was hiding for a few more hours, but did eventually come out. Youri also called back this morning to ask if the cat had turned up. Excellent service from everyone we dealt with at this terrific company. We will certainly use them again & recommend them.

The 2 technicians that cleaned our ducts and furnace were professional and helpful. The quote price over the phone was very accurate to what the total was, so no surprises on the final invoice. Would highly recommend using HPF! Thanks guys
