Learning new ways to deal with stress, clear chakras, and understand communication is always conducive to positive outcomes at work and at home.
It was awe inspiring to learn through the beauty and understanding of the horses as they taught us their communication techniques. I felt very strong and so safe with these magnificent souls.
Shari and Michelle have put together a wonderful program that even includes reflexology which was new to me. I loved it.
