Hillside Acres Wedding Venue

We were married at Hillside last weekend - July 9/22. All I can really say is wow!
The venue is stunning, the Hillside team is absolutely fantastic to work with and the little (and not so little) details that they have thought of are amazing.
Right from the time we toured the venue and booked, Jody was super easy to work with and responded to any of our questions very quickly. In the months leading up to the wedding they stayed in touch as needed and were always available if we had any questions.
Being able to have the venue at noon on the day before for setting up and having a rehearsal was great - no other venue that we toured included this in their price, it was always an additional cost. On top of that, having the house on site for the girls to stay in the night before and get ready in the morning of was also a game changer! We had a great little girls night and being able to have hair and makeup come to you while your in your robes sipping coffee was great.
The décor that Hillside has available for your use was beautiful and took away a lot of stress that sourcing all of that yourself would have caused. The entire Hillside site from the house, ceremony site, tent, the tables and chairs, bathrooms, grassy areas are so beautiful and well maintained! The site makes for beautiful photos! Even when our vendors asked where the wedding was, they were all super quick to tell us how great and beautiful Hillside is!
Now I know I am a little biased on this :-) - but we had several people who attended our wedding tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, and most of that is owed to the team at Hillside and all the care they have poured into the venue!

If you are thinking about having your wedding here - absolutely do it! It is worth every penny!!

Had an unreal experience with Hillside Acres ! We rented the bridal suite the night before and it was well worth the cost, that place is STUNNING! They had such aesthetically pleasing decor and good lighting for makeup! They had cute coffee mugs to make you feel like a bride! Hillside has so much to rent as far as decor was concerned and the decor we used really helped finish off how our ceremony came together ! We used their venue just for the ceremony and loved every second of it ! It threatened to rain so we ended up using the tent but it looked so beautiful even in there that we didn’t care about moving it inside! They worked so hard for us to have such a perfect day and I can’t thank them enough !

This venue is second to none! Jody, Rikki, James and Shane are extremely helpful and extremely professional! They took all the stress out of wedding planning. They really have knocked it out of the park with the location and landscape. All of our guests stated how beautiful their venue was and really have the time of their lives! Thank you again Hillside!

Absolutely stunning venue and incredible owners. From the moment my husband and I left the venue we knew instantly we were getting married here. Not only because it’s beautiful but because the owners Jody, Rikki, Shane and James gave us the best impression ever and after everything we were beyond right. I have never met people more made for this business as they have everything so well organized and planned out. We stayed in the bridal suite and it was the best experience to spend with my bridal party. We received so many compliments from our guests saying it was basically like a resort wedding. Camrose is only 7 minutes away so you still have access to all the amenities. It has been 3 days since our wedding and I still miss the venue as it felt like home. I cannot recommend hillside acres more as they were incredible to work with and made our day unbelievably special. Thank you all so much.

All wedding guests were impressed with the beautiful setting for the wedding provided by the venue. The tent was beautifully lit and presented an elegant setting for the reception. Space was very well suited for bar and DJ. We were lucky enough with the weather because sunny or rainy weather might have given a different experience. But our experience was a perfect one .
