We have purchased a home I the area and needed an inspection. We found him based on his amazing reviews. So very happy we selected him for our home. He is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. He went above and beyond in this inspection, giving us the piece of mind that we are buying a great home for our family. The inspection was 5 or so hours and he spent another hour with us afterwards going over his report and photos. In the past, as this is our 3rd home purchase, we have never had an inspector with this much pride in his work or dedication to his clients. He was amazing with our realtor and spoke kindly when answering our questions. By far the best experience we could have possibly had. Even after was said and done, our Broker needed some details confirmed, and he gladly provided and talked to them directly.
Easy to get ahold of, returns all messages quickly. We are most certainly recommending him to everyone we know!
