I bought a used truck that had a shut off switch... so I tried it, not knowing what it did! It shut off the truck as expected, but then I couldn’t get it started again!!! I found who made it (headwind) emailed them, and within two minutes I had a email response and a phone call! He walked me through how to reset the valve and explained what it did and how I could use it to my advantage!! I was so impressed! Kelly the tech guy Rocks! Thanks for your kind assistance! - Vicki

I emailed the company before ordering product and had a quick response. I googled other products to compare, Headwind Solutions had features i was looking for. I follow up email came and i was asked to call to discuss my needs. I made the call and talked with Steve Podolski. Steve was not a pushy sales person but was concerned about getting me the right product for my unit. I ordered my kit and steve did what he could to get me the best deal he could. :) The product arrived the next day(seriously it did). I read the install instructions several times to be familiar with the install. I called steve to let him know I was about to start the install and I asked a couple of questions which Steve was more than happy to explain and answer. My confidence was boosted knowing Steve was there to answer my questions. The first 1/2 hr I opened the product and laid them out and prepared my machine for routing the wires and cutting the air intake hose. I then ran the wires where they needed to be. Before i cut anything I again called Steve to make sure I was doing the right cut ( Steve knew exactly how the wires were as if he were there to do the install himself). I then did the wiring and Install. I performed the set up tests all went well. The process took me 2.5 hrs because I went slow and soldered and heat shrink each of the connections. It is almost plug and play set up and i was impressed with the quality of each component. Does not look cheap and thrown together. Packaging was impressive and individually wrapped for transport. I highly recommend Headwind Solutions. Thanks Steve.

Thank you and your company for producing such an excellent product. We were very impressed by the fit and finish of the valves. Excellent design, easy to use, and they look great!
