(May 14, 2022, 2:42 am)Rebecca was amazing to deal with! She made a point of trying to get my contacts and such merged over to a new phone, as if it were the last thing she did. Unfortunately, we ran into some snags while on site with a phone that was wrecked. Fortunately, I managed to recover at least my contacts once I backdoored my way in. Still, a kudos is necessary for the effort!
