Great staff, built my hoise

We purchased a new build from Zetsen Master Builders Inc. in the Creekview neighbourhood and we are so impressed with our new home. The quality of work is outstanding, and the customer service from Celina, Garrett, and Lucas is top-notch. I can't say enough good things about Zetsen Master Builders Inc., if I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would.

We bought one of Zetsen’s show homes and we were not disappointed. They were so easy to work with and made the buying process enjoyable. Everything was finished with such high quality and in a timely matter. Celina was especially amazing to work with! She was our point person and ensured everything went smoothly. She is amazing at customer service and took so much of the pressure and stress off us so we could just enjoy our move. I would definitely recommend a Zetsen home to anyone!

Things that were not picked up in pre-occupancy inspection were fixed and dealt with immediately. They continue to check in with us how it is going even 18 months later to advise us on things
Zetzen and their trades recognized and anticipated future issues and problems and brought these to our attention and proposed solutions which were consistent with our needs.
When zetzen and their trades understood our vision and the needs for the space, their suggestions and solutions were very much appreciated.
They have become friends of our family.

Zetsen's just built our custom home, very easy to work with and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted, which was a lot. Good quality products and excellent customer service.
