I had the most wonderful experience going caving with Max and Iola on a guided tour. Max was a wonderful guide, full of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. He really empowered the group to get the most out of the experience possible, cracked some funny jokes and overall was just so eager to share his favourite place on the planet with the group. I felt very empowered by the whole experience - the section of the cave we explored was spectacular, I didn't want to leave by the end and felt like I could have spent hours exploring and seeing everything that there was to see and explore! It was also so much fun to crawl around and really maneuver inside the cave and its interesting spaces - such a unique way to experience the mountain. Can't recommend this experience strongly enough!

This was so far out of my comfort zone on so many levels, but I am SO happy my husband talked me into it because it was worthy every penny. It challenged me both physically and mentally being in dark quiet caves for a couple hours underground but it was SO cool.
Brent, our guide was awesome. He knew the answer to all of our questions, was clearly passionate about what he does and has a great sense of humor. He told us all about the history of the mountain, the history of the caves and so much more. We got to see Chewy the female rat and honestly she was cute, almost like a chinchilla! 😂 I am not an active person by any means, this was challenging but manageable. The hike up to the cave entrance is almost a straight incline, but Brent allowed lots of breaks to catch our breath and never made us feel like we were slowing him down. He kept encouraging us along the way and the same inside the caves.
Definitely a unique experience that I will be telling all of my friends about, and something we will never forget.
Thank you Brent for showing us a great time.

Took part in the 6 hour tour with rapelling. A very unique experience that pushes a little bit past your comfort zone, but still really enjoyable. All required equipment is included, just bring sturdy footwear and snacks that can fit in your pocket. Water bottles must stay outside the cave. Our guide, Max, was extremely personable. He is bursting with positivity, and full of fun cave facts. His passion for caving is infectious. Thank you so much, this was the highlight of our trip to the Rockies.👍

Had an amazing time today! I don’t really write reviews but this is worth it. If you’re reading this and on the fence, my girlfriend is extremely claustrophobic and afraid of heights and she did amazingly well on the Explorer tour!

John was our guide and he was super informative, safe and patient. He didn’t go too fast and was very good at getting us around. Pretty funny guy too! You’ll be in good hands if you get him.

They tell you everything you need to know and expect. This truly is one of the number one experiences to do while in the Bow Valley.

The journey down into Rats nest cave was awesome. It was surprisingly cool down there, since it’s so dusty down there I recommend keeping a mask on and wearing contacts. Not ideal for any one that is claustrophobic but its a good workout and a very unique experience when immersed in total darkness.
