Local Computer Services

Had a laptop problem and although I didn't end up needing their services (laptop started working again??). I will definitely use them in the future! Left a message, he called back in a timely manner and was a wealth of information and help. Kudos for being on my side of Canmore too:)

Graham is very responsive and very professional. I had a laptop breakdown that I reached out to him on Google Maps about on a Thursday night. Even though he originally was going to look at it on Monday when I told him we were flying out by then he made time for it on Friday.

On Friday we dropped off the laptop at 10am, received a call from him by noon, and was able to pick up the laptop by that same afternoon. Graham was very efficient and explained to us what broke and how we could fix it ourselves if we wanted to (not pushy at all about him fixing it or anything like that!). Overall very happy with the whole process!

Graham is very professional & knowledgeable.
It is wonderful to have our Smart TV working and updated. He connected our APPLE TV for us on a television that wasn’t a Smart TV.

He also suggested we update our Shaw modem for quicker internet speed.

He is punctual and efficient with his time.

We highly recommend Local Computer Services. While Graham doesn't profess to be as knowledgeable about Apples as he is with PCs, he always resolved an issue, with either computer. Just as important, Graham is FAST in responding, and efficient. Local Computers offers a friendly and well priced service.

Outstanding prompt and highly competent service. Local has saved our manufacturing business from more tech problems than I care to remember. They are extremely prompt, always friendly, and reasonable about the cost. I highly recommend them.
