Beyond doing a good job of the carpet, I felt it right to do a review for these guys because of the service and integrity received. There was a small mistake made by a technician in that a key to our place was lost. After looking quite exhaustively through all their trucks and not finding the key, McKnight didnt even hesitate to pay for us having the lock barrels replaced and new keys cut. That service itself cost more than half of what the cleaning cost. Just a small note, but I believe a good representation of this company's commitment to their customers.
Well done. The carpets look great and another local business does well for the customer.

We have ferrets... enough said. Carpet cleaning was great. A few “accidents” were no match for these folks. Never know they were there. Keith was awesome. Even cleaned our little bath mat. 😂 Highly recommended.
