I just love all their products. They're natural, they work, they smell good. The stores are always clean and there's always a great selection. Online ordering is also fast and easy. And I really love their outstanding customer service. You don't find that much anymore these days, but Rocky Mountain Soap Company has never disappointed. You're always greeted with a smile at the store and staff is always helpful. If you need advice through the online chat, also quick and always helpful. I highly recommend this company!

I have visited their store in Banff a few times and I have ordered online numerous times. Fantastic experience both ways! Super easy to order online and the items are shipped within a few days. They send emails to let you know that the items are on there way. A real personal shopping experience and they take the time to write you a note when you open up your box of product. A customer for life!!

I absolutely love shopping at Rocky Mountain Soap Company - typically I shop online, but have been to stores as well. Always the best selection, love that it’s all clean and natural products. So many soaps to choose from and never a worry about ‘fragrance’ or other junky ingredients. High preforming products as well, and products for the whole family. Their peppermint lip butter is the only lip product I can use that doesn’t dry out my lips completely - I buy at least 4 each time and keep them everywhere!

Ordering online from Rocky Mountain Soap was a great exeperince. Easy to use website, smooth ordering process, on-time follow-up emails about the order and shipping. The products came nicely packaged in the box with a sweet postcard - what a nice gesture! The products were all great as well. I would definitely re-order more from them.
