Called office to book for an ait condioning service. We have never had an air conditioner before so had alot of questions. Doug was the fellow who came by to do the servicing. What a very patient and knowledgeable rep. Very pleasant and answered all of questions so a lay person could understand. We feel very fortunate to have called chief mtn and very pleased that Doug was the rep. Have already booked them for more work.

I phoned here looking for parts to repair the propane system on our RV. The person who helped me was able to advise what I needed, and said that they had the parts in stock. When I arrived, the parts and invoice were sitting on the front counter. Excellent service.
