Stopped in to the Ranch House today while in town for work. We both got the poutine with brisket. Great poutine, and the addition of the brisket was excellent. Definitely make a stop if you are in there area, heck make this a stop even if you aren't in the area. Thanks so much for lunch!
The Ranch House fed us the most delicious beef sandwich I have ever had. During our 10 day visit to Alberta, we visited The Ranch a house 3 times, we ordered different food every time, and we were never disappointed.
Beef sourced locally from their own ranch, and other menu ingredients sourced locally from surrounding farms and colonies, make this restaurant a stand out in the area.
The service was exceptional. The eating area is spacious, inviting and comfortable.
Make sure to also visit the attached convenience store for some ice cream in your way out!!
This family run restarting is still quite new, and the word is getting out about the food. It’s the best in the area and extended.
If you are in Waterton, it’s well worth the short drive to visit.
Beautiful new restaurant, seating capacity is very good. It is a local family owned business they buy as much of their food locally .From potatoes from one the colonies to meat from a ranch..
The beef dip fully loaded was served fast and with a nice special recipe spiced dip.
The staff found us a table as soon as we came in . The beef was so tender you could cut it with a fork it came with a big pile of home cut fries.
They have a small convenience store attached. They're are locally painting's you can buy and other neat things.
They were very friendly, definitely a place not to put on your bucket list.
This was hands down one of the best meals I've had in years. The staff was prompt with communicating when we called ahead to get more info. Waitress was polite and helpful, the portions were extremely generous, absolutely delicious sandwiches, pricing was very reasonable, and altogether an amazing gem 30 minutes from Waterton. WELL WORTH THE SHORT DRIVE!
This place is off the beaten path but completely worth it! Everything is fresh and most of ingredients are from nearby farms or grown by Josh himself!
I had the burger. Patty made from local beef, seasoned just right. Fresh lettuce and tomato. REALLY delicious. The hand cut fries are delicious, seasoned with parmesan and truffle oil, a huge hit of flavour that makes them really special.
On top of that the price is REALLY reasonable.
I'll be back. If it wasn't a bit of a drive I'd probably live there!
