(January 8, 2016, 4:49 am)My mom was in CGH for more than six weeks following hip surgery. She wasn't expected to live but with the care and attention provided by the staff - and I do mean everyone from the nurses and aides to the kitchen and custodial staff to the doctors and therapists - she not only pulled through, she is recovering well. I spent 40 days with her and in that time got to know the people who work at this incredible facility. They are the finest team one could every hope for to care for a loved one. Thank you for everything.
