Great environment for all ages! My little guy loves the tiny thaigers class and it’s helped so much with his concentration and self control!

Cannot say enough good things about Arashi Do and specifically Russ who leads the kids Muay Thai with such passion and patience. It is such a safe and judgement free zone for them to learn and grow these skills, which exceed so much more then just punching and kicking. My child has learnt so much respect, restraint and good sportsmanship.

Arashi-Do is an amazing place if you are looking to help teach your child discipline. It is a really great atmosphere, family friendly place and the coaching is amazing! Highly recommend

I joined Arashi-Do in January 2019 and have been training for a full year now. The group of instructors at Rocky have an amazing level of skill, experience and enthusiasm, particularly Renshi/Kru Russ. The other students have been an incredible group to train with, forgiving my errant kicks and always ready to give a congratulatory high-five or words of encouragement. I cant imagine training with a better group of people and I am surprised how quickly they have become like a second family.

My son was apart of the tiny thaigers program ages 4-7. The instructor did a wonderful job with these students. It was a busy class, with lots of learning and it was fun. My son was able to confidently move on to a new location to practice his skills learned as we relocated to another city. Highly recommend this location.
