Colleen👌👌amazing! Called me the other day after buying a plow from them months ago to check in on how everything is running. Couldn’t believe she reached out especially in the middle of the season when most problems happen.

Today I called after hours because I had a wiring issue (my fault) she sent me over the schematic I needed within minutes. Thanks to her I was able to keep my business operable.

I’ve called a few times sense my first purchase and colleen was able to answer all my questions and provide whatever I needed. 10/10 for customer service!!!

Fixed my plow which is good. There was a couple issues that needed resolve and they got it done. The mechanic there was really nice to deal with and they got me in for service quickly.

I asked for rough cost estimates twice and made sure to put importance on doing the “bare minimum”, in order to keep costs down. I was lead to believe it wouldn’t be very expensive, it definitely was expensive though. No rough cost estimate was really given so it is my fault for not pushing harder to get this info.
In the end I would have sooner sold the plow than pay the bill I received. Now I’m hoping it can earn enough this season to break even.

Everything was good except the surprising total bill. I want to give less stars out of frustration but I suppose if I’m being honest, overal it deserves 4 stars.

Colleen runs a good shop! If you need a boss plow this is the place to get it!
Service is good and Colleen will always work with you. Tough to beat her knowledge and willingness to be the best.
