This is our second time using hot pepper furnace and duct cleaning. We had the same technician (Youri) again this time. The booking process was seamless and all interactions with Cliff, the scheduler, were also pleasant and productive. The service was impeccable as usual. Our furnace was making a rattling sound and was super dusty from our basement renovations earlier in the year. It is running like new again, since Youri cleaned and serviced it. He even changed our humidifier filter (for a small fee) and cleaned everything there was to clean with the unit. Like we do everytime we call them, we opted to have our fireplace and dryer vents cleaned as well this time. Absolutely no complaints! Top-notch service. Thank you!
