Kim was terrific! Showed up early even in the middle of a blizzard and was very thorough. She even took the time to repeat a couple of demonstrations. Highly recommend!
Would recommend Little Lungs to anyone looking to get certified or update their certification. We used them for our instructors, it was so easy to arrange a time, they came to us and our instructor Emily was so fun. I have also used them for their child and Baby first aid for grandparents of our child.
Emily is an amazing instructor- very patient, kind and helpful. I needed to translate for my parents and she was very accommodating. Thank you Emily for the excellent learning experience for my family!
Great course taught by Emily. She was fantastic. Very throughout and professional. Yet fun and made the course very easy to follow along while caring for a 11 month old trying to be involved as well! 5/5 in our books!
Very professional and enjoyable first aid course. I love the blended option so you can take the online portion in your own time. The content was relevant and easy to understand and the modules were easy to work through at your own pace. For the practical, Emily made the session fun and engaging and memorable! Many memorable stories that help you remember what to do and why.
