Fatima from Sahaara Therapy has been amazing with my son! Looking back at where we started and how far he has progressed is such a gift to him and our family. The supports she has offered have been practical, manageable and effective. But most importantly, she build rapport with my son in a way that he felt very comfortable opening up to her and sharing his thoughts and feelings. He has very much enjoyed his time with her as she makes the “work” fun and engaging. I can’t thank you enough for the positive changes we’ve seen, your willingness to be flexible with our family, and the thoughtful/tailored supports and resources you’ve provided us.

Fatima is amazing! She has been working with our family and our son who has Autism for almost 4 years now. In that time we have watched him grow and learn so much with her support. Fatima is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Her ability to find fun and creative ways to support and engage our son and help him to try new things is wonderful! My wife was the one receiving help from Fatima, but I thought I’d give my experience as well! Fatima went absolutely above and beyond in her sessions; from coming to our home at a time that worked for us to bringing new items and great suggestions of things to help with the therapy. It was challenging to find someone who was willing to work with an adult, and we’re glad we found her. So friendly, kind and truly caring. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Fatima is one of the nicest people I have met in a long, long time. She listened to and validated all of my feelings and experiences with absolutely no judgement. A definite relief to someone diagnosed as autistic so late in life. She is quite knowledgeable and I use what she taught me every day. My life has gotten so much easier and happier. She even has wonderful connections and directly passed me on to the most amazing counsellor I have ever met and I have been looking for someone for 13 years. I will always recommend Fatima.
