I tried the polish breaded pork chop, it was cooked perfectly with a super crispy breading. The potato wedges were amazing (I couldn’t stop eating them) while I’m not a huge fan of braised cabbage I also enjoyed it the way it was prepared.
Can’t wait to go back!
Only five stars because you can't give more. Seriously had a fantastic experience. The server was attentive, kind and took excellent care of us.
The food was also great the my wife had the chicken penne, chicken was tender, pasta was cooked really nicely, the sauce was tasty and had yummy veggies. Overall she said it was very tasty which is high compliments coming from her. I had the Cheese Burger with spuds. The spuds were tender and cooked perfectly and had a delightful seasoning. The burger was an excellent size, had two full bacon strips, cheese, chopped lettuce, pickles,I asked for no tomato, an onion chutney with a BBQ sauce( a little thin for me but still delicious).
For dessert we shared the American brownie. The brownie is served warm and comes covered in a chocolate sauce, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a raspberry sauce with a couple fresh raspberries. It was fantastic!!!
Please give this amazing small town restaurant a shot! The food and staff were amazing. Everything is made to order so it might take longer but it's more than worth the extra wait. Our whole dinner experience was an hour and 15 min max.
First time here... reviews have looked good! The people were very nice. Unfortunately, we had a few reissued minor issues, so I couldn't give a 5.
We each had waters. I asked for a slice of lemon and was accommodated. Unfortunately, we didn't see the server until our food arrived. I had to ask for refills. She didn't come around at all.
My wife had the breakfast club. The presentation was fantastic. Small side of fries, which was perfect. And pickled onions on the side too. The sandwich was surprisingly good considering how eclectic it was.
I ordered the beef ragu canneloni. It was not canneloni. It was a couple of folded-over lasagna noodles. Basically, I got a flat lasagna. It was also lukewarm at best. I had to go find the server and ask her to heat it up. They ended up making me a fresh one as it took 10 minutes or so. It tasted good, but it was not canneloni. :)
We'll be back. Hopefully some of these kinks will work out.
Had dinner with friends and we all enjoy our meal. It's so nice to have another great restaurant in Millet.
I stopped at the new Bacon & Beans restaurant in Millet last night for a solo dinner. It was very good. Quick service, fresh food, delicious dessert, friendly service. I will be back.
