Very fast but some of the workmanship left a bit to be desired. The interior partition was out of square and the walls were not framed as agreed. Also they did no clean up. I don't think it was ever mentioned in the contract, but getting rid of 12 cut up tin is not so easy.
Overall, it's a nice building.

We were excited to use this company to build our dream barn this summer, however we haven’t been impressed with the quality of service they offer. The ladies at the office are super nice and always try to help, but it seems like it falls short for everyone else. We were supposed to have 4 contractors working on our barn, and instead we had one - this resulted in a longer building time, there was a mess of screws all over (popped two of our tires), missed piece of tin on the exterior, etc. Once we hired a private contractor do complete the inside of the barn, he noticed that they missed insulating all the door jams which resulted in our doors freezing shut (or being unable to close them once you break the ice off). For a building of this cost, we really expected higher quality craftsmanship, and service. I feel bad for leaving this review, but I don’t want this to happen to someone else as we’ve tried working with the team at Goodon and nothing seems to get done in a proper or timely fashion. Won’t be using them for building our shop in the summer solely due to the service that they offer - being as they have a “repair” man says a lot about their jobs unfortunately.
