Lived here for a few months, the suite was very nice and newly renovated and steam cleaned each time!

Pioneer Court (the building I used to rent at) is well managed with helpful, friendly staff. I loved the very quiet location and met some nice tenants there, too. My suite had a great layout with a very large kitchen and living room, as well as some high quality upgrades of hardwood and plush carpeting. I also appreciated, that any concerns I had were dealt with expeditiously and fairly. I would highly recommend renting there!

We have lived at one of their residences for over 2 years. We have had exceptional care and service. They are great at communication and available when repairs are needed and etc. We have loved our experience so far!

Have lived in two of their buildings now, Birchmount in Wetaskwin and Royal Garden in Edmonton. Both lovely buildings, and great landlords. Very personal, and understanding, and the staff are very friendly! Both buildings are very well kept (cleaned about once a week & sanitized regularly) and felt very safe in both buildings! I have recommended my friends to live in these buildings! Very pleased with my experience.
