D & G has been my mower supplier now for close to 20 years. That is, both of them. Grasshopper mowers are tough. I abuse my mower. It gets rained on, it mows gopher hills. I go through at least a set of blades a year with it maintaining 10 acres of tree farm plus my own yard.

Gary is always supportive, and often has guided me over the phone for things to check before bringing my beast in for repair, often helping me to do the repair myself.

Many of the parts on Grasshoppers are off the shelf. You will find very few places where they have their own custom part where something readily available will do.
