Great service, friendly local atmosphere what more could you want really? Didn't eat just nice cold beer after a long walk in hot sun but judging from everything else the food is probably up to normal bar fare and only a flight of stairs from your hotel room. No taxi needed. Take a moment to stop and take in an Alberta country moment. Small business' depend on folks like us who want the real experience. Not perfect or "all dressed" but a break from the drive through junk. Real food, fun and people living life in peace. Join us won't you? Save what makes Canada Canadian - Small businesses. The sound of the Coal trains roaring through town is a different kinda music to our ears and the TECK coal mining bus makes sure their staff gets to work and back safely. No line ups and no Covid masks. Be sure to Google history of the Cos Hotel and Bar its has its share of ups and downs but it still standing. True Alberta grit!

Dinner was great had a burger with mozzarella and fries washed down with local beer was certainly very good and enjoyable would definitely recommend the place from the outside you may be taken back as the bar is in an old corner building but certainly make the effort to stop there.

Staff polite and professional and very helpful and the prices were very reasonable.

Would certainly go back for another meal.
