(August 2, 2017, 4:23 am)As a volunteer member of the Ohaton Athletic Association I would like to provide pictures so that everyone has an opportunity to see the kinds of damage that did result in holdback of a portion of the damage deposit for the July 8, 2017 weekend rental. The 'scratches' in the wood dance floor are definite and the pattern shows that stacks of chairs were dragged and not moved via the chair dolly provided. As witnessed, they were not dragged at time of cleanup but WERE at some point of the weekend rental dragged as a stack. The vomit in the ladies bathroom was the reason for additional janitorial expense incurred. The contract clearly states that damages incurred and failure to abide by the contract rules will result in partial or full holdback of damage deposit. There is a reason we collect a damage deposit - for damages!
