(November 23, 2018, 3:33 am)Spoke with bells customer service regarding a bad IMEI number on a phone that I had purchased. All customer service reps basically told me I was out of luck and needed a new phone (called four or five times). As a last resort I stopped into RPH mobility to see if there was anything they could do. The customer service was excellent. They took my IMEI number and promised they would look into it. A couple hours later I had a phone call from a investigator with bell and we had everything sorted out. Instead of trying to sell me a new phone they saved me at least 1k . Very happy and pleased. I will definitely be going here for all my cellular needs from now on.

(January 30, 2017, 10:01 pm)great service, good pricing, great staff. took my two kids i phones and rph repaired them at a fair price. apple would not even look at them. took my htc and did a factory reboot and saved my phone. my cell provider wanted to sell my an new one. not with rph on the job.
