  So many great people work here.
  
  I just moved away from TD (worst bank ever) and moved all my business and personal accounts here and couldn’t be happier.
  
  ATB is seriously a special gem for Albertans. They actually seem to care about you and even will go out of their way to help. I’ve used their meeting rooms for quick calls and business meetings when in a pinch, I’ve made business calls from here and had their always stocked teas. I really feel relaxed here.
  
  Thanks so much to everyone that works here in the very painful transition. I’m so happy I made the jump.
  
  With that said...
  It’s not the fault of this branch. So I still gave it five starts. But ATB does really need to fix some of the bugs and slowness in their online banking portals. It’s sort of a joke compared to the big banks.
  
  Also there are many many missing items from the bill pay system. And adding them seems to take forever. No idea why.

  Tara Hoekstra, Lisa Cushman, and the staff at ATB Windermere are an absolute pleasure to deal with. No matter what I go in for, they're always extremely friendly, helpful and efficient in helping with whatever it is I require. ATB as a whole has been excellent, but this branch makes it a terrific experience every time.
